The concept of this app was created out of the need for a group of chefs to showcase their recipes and products. They needed a flexible platform that they could use to promote their work.
What's in it for the users?
CookBook helps users to find new recipes, follow their favourite chefs (professionals or not) and enter a culinary community where they can effortlessly upload their own recipes and share them with the world.
What's different about this recipe app?
The app's smart AI, provides a personalised experience based on usage, and allows users to try out the recipes with the help of a step-by-step video guide, operated by voice commands for a hands-free experience - to avoid touching the phone while cooking.
Responsible for: Initial concepts and idea, Visual design
Next steps: Work on the next phase of the project and wireframe all screens, interactions and flows, as well as the CMS and how users will be able to upload their content.
